Twitter Hacked Again

Twitter has revealed that their system was compromised recently and that an attacker may have viewed the private account information on 10 individual accounts.

A screen shot posted elsewhere (click here for the full screen) shows what appears to be a compromised "Britney Spears" account.

Twitter states that the passwords and other information on the accounts were not altered, but just that personal information including "...email address, mobile phone number (if one was associated with the account), and the list of accounts blocked by that user" could be viewed.
